Trump Assassination Attempt and Shocking Statements
Regarding the second assassination attempt against US presidential candidate Donald Trump, a 291-page book titled‘Unwinnable War‘ written by Ryan Routh and published on the internet drew attention. In addition to Trump, the book also includes assassination calls for the leaders of Russia and Belarus. The US journalist Max Blumenthal shared the contents of this book on the X platform and highlighted the salient passages.
In the 18th chapter of the book, under the title Why There is no Assassination Attempt on Putin, Routh made the following statements: “The Russian people are like sheep right now. No one can revolt against Putin. Everyone is afraid of angering him.” In this episode, Routh also proposed his own tactics for attacking Russia with thousands of drones.
Routh made a similar criticism of Belarusian leader Lukashenko, raising the question “Why hasn’t he been assassinated yet?”. In this context, he suggested that the Belarusian people should be supported.
In Defence of Nuclear War
In the 19th chapter of the book, under the title Why Not Nuclear War, Routh’s following statements drew attention: “We must strike first. Waiting will gain us nothing, we must end this completely with a swift and powerful attack.” Routh defended the use of nuclear weapons, saying : “The disasters at Hiroshima and Nagasaki or Chernobyl or Fukashima may have been terrible, but we eventually cleaned up the mess. Why should we hesitate to do it again?” Routh emphasised that nuclear weapons were a quick and effective way to end the Second World War.
Controversial Views on Trump and Iran
In the following pages of the book, he also made striking statements about Iran and Trump. Routh wrote: “I am man enough to say that I have wrong prejudices and I apologise. You are free to assassinate Trump for breaking the Iran deal.” These statements clearly reveal Routh’s radical views.
Routh also criticised US aid to Ukraine. Stating that Zelenskiy has bought a private island for himself, Routh said, “We constantly hear about the theft and corruption, the theft of aid filled with health aid in Ukraine and the missing tank parts.”
